Phillip J. Moberg
Philip J. Moberg, Assistant Professor and Director of the MSIO Program, received his doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996. He has taught graduate seminars and undergraduate courses in industrial/organizational psychology, social psychology, testing and measurement, field research methods, leadership theory, motivation theory, social cognition, and advanced quantitative methods in the I/O programs at Wayne State University and the University of Akron.
His research interests include social cognitive skills in leadership, computer-mediated video assessments, workplace bullying, interpersonal conflict, and workplace motivation.
